Magny-Cours
About The
Event
GT World Magny-Cours brings two Sprint Cup races to a technical circuit known for smooth asphalt, heavy-braking zones, and corners inspired by other celebrated racing venues. The Adelaide hairpin provides the lap’s clearest overtaking opportunity, while Estoril, Imola, and the Nürburgring chicane reward precision and rapid changes of direction. The opening one-hour race is traditionally held beneath the circuit lights, giving the weekend a distinctive nighttime centerpiece. A second qualifying session and race follow on Sunday, resetting the competition with a fresh starting grid. An extensive French support program adds further racing throughout the weekend.
