GT World Misano combines two Sprint Cup races with one of the championship's signature nighttime settings. The flat, compact circuit places spectators close to the action and uses tight corners, short straights, and repeated braking zones to keep the GT3 field closely grouped. Saturday's race takes place beneath the floodlights, creating the defining spectacle of the weekend. The event has become closely associated with Valentino Rossi and his passionate home support, adding a distinctive atmosphere whenever he competes. A second one-hour race follows on Sunday, giving Misano two separate qualifying battles and two opportunities for victory along Italy's Adriatic coast.
