Paul Ricard
About The
Event
GT World Paul Ricard opens the 2027 season with a six-hour race extending from Saturday afternoon into the evening. Circuit Paul Ricard’s long Mistral Straight, high-speed Signes corner, technical final sector, and distinctive blue-striped runoff create a varied test across its 5.79-kilometer Grand Prix layout. The extended race format gives the event a different scale from a conventional three-hour round. Changing light and falling temperatures alter the appearance and character of the circuit before the season’s first Endurance Cup winners are crowned beneath the evening sky. The combination of a new season and a six-hour feature race gives Paul Ricard a clear identity as more than a traditional opening round.
